Prof. Sunday Ndubueze Ukachukwu is an accomplished academic, an erudite profes- sor, an astute administrator and a believer in integrity. He is an easy-going, simple- looking but unassuming great man. He is a man of great inner and innate strength. The greatness of his innateness manifests in his doggedness in fighting a righteous cause, technocracy in strategizing, and astuteness in crisis management. Some close observers describe him as a “prime mover” and “God’s gift to his generation”. His

students call him “our role model” and “motivator”. Another section of the younger generation calls him “a model daddy” and yet others describe him as “simplicity per- sonified”; a “true man of God who walks the talk”.
